Threatened Alberta Grizzly Bears at Risk as Province Considers Reopening Hunt

AWA joined Exposed and Grizzly Bear Foundation in opposing the re-opening of a grizzly bear hunting season. A series of three letters on this subject will be sent to ministers urging hunting of this Threatened species remains closed. The first of these, asking for the implementation of the recovery plan and other conflict management strategies, has been released.
